Odessa International Academy in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” organizes and provides advanced training in all forms and types. The forms of advanced training are institutional (full-time (day, evening), correspondence, distance, network), dual, at the workplace, in production, etc. In addition, the advanced training forms can be combined. The main types of advanced training are training under the advanced training program (including participation in seminars, workshops, trainings, webinars, master classes, etc.), as well as internships. In order to improve the teaching staff qualifications, “training under the advanced training program” has been organized.

The main direction of professional development in OIA is the formation, development of professional, digital, communication and management competencies in the field of knowledge 21 “Veterinary medicine”.
