Almanac of Socrates Best medical and health practices

This book, published in 2024, is dedicated to the best medicine and health specialists from Eastern and Southern Europe and Central Asia in their innovative techniques.

The main mission of the “Best Medical Practice” project is to unite the best, support every member of society and expand the opportunity to exchange innovative methods, previous experience and own developments that deserve implementation in global medical health practice.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, Professor Pakhlevanzade and the International Horizons Charitable Foundation for Development and Assistance, which he created, have been actively involved in volunteer activities and, during the two years of war, have constantly provided humanitarian assistance to victims of aggression and comprehensive support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There are a number of certificates and thanks for the development of the volunteer movement from public organizations and the administration of the city of Odessa.

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Alireza Pahlevanzadeh is the author of more than 60 scientific works in the field of medicine and international relations, an expert in the field of business management, participant in prestigious international scientific conferences, congresses, and symposiums.

His achievements have been highly praised internationally. He is an honorary professor and full member of the Academic Union of Oxford, winner of the Rose of Paracelsus award, the highest distinction of the European Medical Association (Belgium). Winner of the International Scientific Prize “The Name in Science” with the researcher’s name included in the register of the best scientists in the world.
