The procedure for submitting (with confidentiality) a statement about cases of bullying (harassment)

All students, teaching staff of the institution, parents and other participants in the educational process must necessarily inform the rector of the OMA about cases of bullying (harassment) in which they became participants or witnesses, or suspect its perpetration against other persons based on external signs, or about which they received reliable information from other persons.
In the name of the rector, a statement is written (confidentiality is guaranteed) about a case of bowling (harassment).
The rector issues an order to conduct an investigation and create a commission to consider a case of bullying (harassment), convenes its meeting.
The composition of such a commission includes scientific and pedagogical workers (including a psychologist, social pedagogue), parents of the victim and bullies, the head of the educational institution and other interested persons.
Decisions of the commission are registered in a separate journal, kept in paper form with the original signatures of all commission members.

The procedure for responding to proven cases of bullying (harassment) and the responsibility of persons involved in bullying

The rector must consider the appeal in the prescribed manner.
The rector creates a commission for reviewing cases of bullying, which investigates the circumstances of bullying.
If the commission recognized that it was bullying and not a one-time conflict, the rector informs the authorized units of the National Police of Ukraine.
Persons who, according to the results of the investigation, are involved in bullying are liable in accordance with the second part of Article 13 (committing offenses under Article 1734) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
